Launch by Galya Athletics is a baseball and athletic development facility designed to build complete athletes - strong, fast, confident, and ready to lead.

Our 4,800 sq ft, fully-turfed space in Eatontown, NJ combines baseball skill work, athletic performance, and leadership training under one roof. Powered by Trackman technology, expert coaches, and data-driven systems, every athlete trains through our four-phase model of Belief, Grit, Fire, and Ascension.

Phase I: Winter Build - Now Live

Phase I focuses on strength, movement, mechanics, and mindset for athletes ages 3 through college. Each group trains through structured progressions designed to enhance performance, athleticism, and confidence - both on and off the field.

Our Core Programming is now live and slots are limited.

Partner Program

The Launch Partner Program offers teams and coaches their own private training block inside our facility - maintaining their brand identity while leveraging Launch systems, technology, media, and support tools to enhance their program.
