Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Youth Athletic Development Coach to join our team. This part-time position has the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and program needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in youth athletic training, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with young athletes.

Additionally, we are looking for individuals with an interest in business and a desire to grow within our organization. While we are currently in the early stages, there is potential for full-time opportunities that may include equity or partnership for those who demonstrate strong leadership and business skills. Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute athletic training sessions focused on overall youth development and athletic growth.

- Provide personalized coaching to meet each athlete’s unique needs and goals.

- Create a positive and encouraging environment for athletes to thrive.

- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.

- Maintain a safe and organized practice environment.

- Assist in evaluating athletes’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Support the program’s community involvement initiatives and events.

- Contribute to the growth and expansion of the program, including potential franchising opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience training youth athletes, preferably in an athletic development capacity.

- Strong understanding of youth fitness, conditioning, and development principles.

- Ability to communicate and work effectively with children and adolescents.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment.

- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Required Certificates:

- **Youth Fitness Certification:** Information and registration available at [International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA)](https://iyca.org/certification/).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching experience or background in youth sports education.

- Experience with athletic training or sports performance coaching.

- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.

- Interest in business development and franchising.
