NEW JERSEY THOROUGHBREDS baseball

PROGRAM INFORMATION / FAQS

  • 100% fully committed player: After successful tryouts, should you receive an invitation to join the team, your commitment is dedicated solely to us. Exceptions can be made in cases of pre-communicated unavailability, especially relevant for pitchers and catchers. Participating in town district teams, little league, and school ball teams is permissible. However, engaging with any other travel baseball organization would categorize you as a part-time player. If you are involved in another sport, we are open to discussing a personalized plan for your participation.

Part-time players and fill-in players are required to pay a flat fee of $200 upfront before each event, along with a fee for each attended event, to be billed at the end of the month.

Practice players pay per session, with scrimmage invitations exclusive. Participation in league games or tournaments is not an option for practice players.

We have development opportunities for athletes that we feel are in the level 1-2 range.

  • We are working to have only 1 team per age group.

  • We have one defense and one offense focus practice per week.

We may offer an additional practice sporadically throughout the week.

Our older BREDS athletes will also be helping with other age groups throughout the season in many aspects.

  • We will always work it out! We will communicate that as we go and come up with a plan that works.

  • Our program offers a decreasing pricing model, which we’ll present in detail during onboarding. Essentially, we reward your commitment by reducing your cost each year, with a discount that caps at year 5.
